Capsule Description
Four episode "Horror" anime OVA based on the manga of the same name. Not really that scary, just overly dramatic. The owner of an exotic pet shop in Los Angeles' Chinatown, Count D apparently has one eye, and appears to be designed for the fans of Shōjo.
