Sort of what Detective Conan would be like were Conan a slightly bipolar teenager and Kogoro a small, red-haired puppet. In other words, it is EXCELLENT.

Why? oh WHY does Sakon have a gear around his neck? The only theories I can come up with are a) Someone put it over his head as a cruel joke and now he can't take it off. b) He's afraid of getting decapitated and thusly he's protecting his neck.
