Kokoro Library is one of those lesser known shows that was never licensed (as far as I know) for US release.

Story: The general storyline is about 3 sisters who live in the mountains maintaining a library there. This library is rather distant from the town that funds it. All the 3 sisters are librarians at this library (the youngest only recently became one) This classifies as one of those Slice of Life shows where there isn't too well defined of a primary plot.
