Pre-Order and Sign-ups for Anniversary Banquet 2/20/2011

My sources tell me that there is one final open spot available. If you know someone who'd like to nab it, now is your chance! All they need to do is to make a minnanoanime.org/forum account. See http://www.minnanoanime.org/mnatwenty/signup.php
After signup, to proceed with your pre-order, please visit http://minnanoanime.org/mnatwenty/twenty_menu.php and sign in to your MnA forum account. You'll then find the full Sushiya Menu, with prices set to include tax and tip. Indicate the quantities of each item you'd like to order, then hit "Submit Order" at the bottom of the page. You can go back and edit your order as many times as you want to up until the due time.
-Note: Bring cash to the banquet for ordering drinks and extras.
Your final order will be due Thurs. Feb 17th at 11:59pm. If you have a problem completing the order, e-mail anniversary@minnanoanime.org.
Payment will be due during Dinner Break of MnA on Feb 19th (~7:40pm). Be sure to review your total, so you know what payment to expect! You can also submit your payments early at Minna no Manga Thursday Feb 17th.
If you cannot attending Minna on Sat Feb 19th, let us know by e-mail and you may pay on Sunday!
If you would like to cancel your seat, please send back an e-mail so we can give your spot to someone who's waiting.
